i checked archer but the 'e' seems to be different? not sure if i'm right though?

It is Archer. The text in your sample has been manually forced (condensed) a little.

how do you condence a font because i love the 'e' in the sample and there's similar fonts that i can use.. this one is way too expensive. thanks for all your help. much appreciated! x

It's generally done within graphic design software. Ideally it should never be done, or very little. Some fonts lend themselves to a little forcing, and some none at all (like Futura or Avant Garde), but the typeface designers design them in a certain way for a reason. If you need a more condensed font, choose a font that is more condensed in it's design.
