I may get proved wrong but in that artwork there's three variants of the letter r, not significant enough changes to be an alternate so I'll take a punt at hand drawn

If it was from a card. chances are it was hand-drawn. You could always resort to one of these:

Thank you so much for the attention, I have the same feeling that this is a hand drawn font. I'v found Aphrodite and Feel to fit about right :)
